Meet the team
Dr. Frank Paletta
Dr. Frank Paletta, MD, DMD, FACS is a dual-licensed physician and dentist specializing in oral and maxillofacial surgery and facial cosmetics. He earned his MD from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and his DMD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, graduating in the top 5% of his class.
Dr. Paletta performs over 1,000 procedures annually and has safely administered more than 10,000 IV anesthetics. He completed advanced fellowship training in Facial Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery and holds board certifications from both the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. A Fellow of FACS, AAOMS, AACS, ADSA, and FACD, he also serves on faculty at Brown University and the University of Connecticut, where he received the Brown Faculty Teaching Award. Dr. Paletta has been recognized as a "Top Doc" by his peers throughout his career.
Dr. Mo Banki, MD, DMD, FACS is a dual-licensed physician and dentist specializing in oral and maxillofacial surgery and cosmetic surgery of the face, breast, and body — one of only a handful of surgeons in New England with a fellowship fully dedicated to cosmetic surgery.
Dr. Banki earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with honors from the University of Connecticut, followed by his DMD from UConn School of Dental Medicine and his MD from UConn School of Medicine. He completed residencies in both oral and maxillofacial surgery and general surgery, then pursued a highly competitive cosmetic surgery fellowship in Oklahoma City, where he performed over 1,000 cosmetic operations, including 600 breast surgeries.
Board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (ABOMS) and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology, Dr. Banki is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), AAOMS, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. He holds faculty positions at Brown University's Alpert Medical School and the University of Connecticut, and is licensed in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.
Dr. Banki's surgicenters in Warwick, RI, and North Attleboro, MA are AAAHC-certified. He holds privileges at Miriam Hospital, Rhode Island Hospital, Sturdy Memorial Hospital, and the Southern New England Surgical Center. He is passionate about patient safety, evidence-based medicine, and giving back through charitable surgical work and medical education.

Gretchen Delgado
Gretchen Carr, APRN, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a strong clinical foundation and diverse medical background. She began her career as a registered nurse, working from 2011 to 2019 in surgical and wound care settings before advancing her education and becoming a nurse practitioner in 2019.
Since then, Gretchen has worked alongside multiple surgical specialties, including urology, colorectal surgery, oral and facial surgery, and complex wound management. Her extensive experience has provided her with a deep understanding of anatomy, precision-based procedures, and patient-centered care.
Gretchen has trained closely under the guidance of respected surgeons, including Dr. Paletta and Dr. Banki, refining her skills in aesthetic medicine. She has also completed advanced, hands-on training through the Allergan Medical Institute, focusing on neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and facial aesthetics.
She is passionate about delivering natural, balanced results while prioritizing safety, precision, and individualized treatment plans.
